South Australian Clubs

At Toastmasters members learn by speaking in groups and working with others in a supportive self paced learning environment. A typical Toastmasters Club is made up of about 20 members who meet on a regular basis.

The length and frequency of a Club meeting varies and so does the meeting time. There are Clubs in the City, in the suburbs and others in the country. There is sure to be a Club meeting at a time and place convenient to you!

With over 235,000 members worldwide meeting in 11,700 clubs Toastmasters has developed a learning program that will meet all your expectations. Each meeting is presented in a friendly non threatening and supportive manner where you will not be ‘graded’ on your work. You can pace yourself as fast or as slow as you like.

You can attend a Club meeting as a guest before making up your mind as to which Club you wish to join. Clubs look forward to guests visiting and will receive you warmly. There is no charge and no compulsion to join. You don’t even have to participate in any of the planned activities if you wish not to.

You can go along to as many meetings as you like before deciding. All Clubs have coffee and tea facilities and some supply light refreshments or have a dining option.
It is best to advise the Club Vice President of Membership of your intention to visit
